Vinay Pathak

Imagine you knew exactly what you wanted to do in your life. That moment sparked right when Vinay was entranced by the theatrical performance of Equus by Peter Shaffer in New York City. Vinay was Born in Arrah India in 1968. Throughout his career, he has obtained 4 awards and 15 nominations. His film debut was in a romantic drama film titled Fire. With time, the minor roles he was taking on, turned into prominent ones. The erotic thriller,  Jism, was a turning point in Vinay’s life as it was his first immense supporting role in a box-office success. However, even greater opportunities were coming his way. His big break was playing a tax inspector in Bheja Fry. Rasika Dugal

To know your worth is to know your place. Playing a character takes on much power and responsibility. Actors must fully immerse themselves into the character. Rasika, born January 17, 1985, in Jamshedpur, India, has rejected roles that she feels don’t live up to her acting level. She performs when characters have a lot to do. This showcases her dedication throughout her acting career for films that can entirely display her talent. As a female, she took notice of women taking on roles that are not just heroes but are relatable. This perspective spective has lived on through her prolific acting career. After pursuing a bachelor's in Mathematics, she strived toward film and television starting from her Post-Graduate Acting diploma from FTII. Her debut was in Anwar and later became known for her performances in Manto, Hamid, Qissa, Kshay, Lootcase, and short films Chutney, The School Bag, and Banana Bread. She was nominated for 7 awards and won 1. At the Rajasthan International Film Festival, Rasika won Best Actress in Hamid. She is in the Amazon Prime show, Mirzapur, where she plays Beena Tripathi at the show's mainstream weight. She also stars in the Netflix show, Delhi Crime as the cop Neeti Singh. She also appeared as Dr Meera Kapoor in 'Out of Love' (Hotstar). Currently, the actress lives in Mumbai, India. Some of her favorite activities include listening to podcasts, learning music, and reading Urdu poetry. The actress is emulating the female agenda of risk-taking.

Gajraj Rao Everyone has different interpretations of reaching for one's dreams. Some think hard work will get you to where you want to be. Others believe this to be an unrealistic approach due to the rigid social hierarchy. Gajraj represented the first option. He has no shame for his liking to luxury items as he worked for them all his life. He struggled to put food on the table and underwent abuse from those wanting  to take advantage of his projects almost all his life. Born in Dungarpur, Rajasthan, India, in 1971, the determination started when his dad worked in the railways. Various people with different dialects helped Gajraj learn multiple variations in tone. When attending Delhi University, he was so intrigued by the theatre that he joined the theatre group Act One. His debut was in a biographical crime drama Bandit Queen. He made appearances in several movies like Dil Se, Dil Hai Tumhaara, Black Friday, No Smoking, and Aamir. Other than acting,  he worked at a tailor shop, was a freelance writer for Hindustan Times and Navbharat, and got an offer to write scripts for Doordarshan. Gajraj has a total of 17 nominations and 8 wins. The wins consisted of Best Supporting Actor in Badhaai Ho from Filmfare, Extraordinary Couple of the Year in Badhaai Ho from Zee Cine, Best Actor in Badhaai Ho from Screen Awards, Best Performance by an Ensemble Cast in Badhaai Ho from FOI Online, and many more.

The star of the show always catches our eye, but others in sight, almost unnoticeable, hold the most truth. Picture Tom Cruise sitting in a cafe eating a croissant. Who makes that idea of a scene so vivid? Is it Tom Cruise, the people in the background, or the croissant? I say the croissant, but Jill Goldston's experience begs to differ. Goldston, a prolific extra, has a long-lasting 60-year career that has shaped her view on the film industry. From being unable to make direct eye contact with Tom Cruise, dinners with David Bowie, and love scenes with ex-Bond Timothy Dalton, answers whether or not film extras play a big role. Goldston's husband Geoff kept count of every single job Goldston was involved in. An immense record of 1,951 appearances caught the attention of Anthony Ing. Anthony Ing is a British Chinese-Canadian filmmaker, composer, and co-founder of the production company Loop. Fascinated by those behind the spotlight, Ing’s search through Goldston's vast film history has allowed him to get a sense of her work’s impact. He feels as if he is in her shoes when sifting through her past in images. Ing made an English short documentary titled ‘Jill Uncredited’ that was nominated at the Berlinale competition.
